PERSONAL GROWTH – DREAMS ABOUT WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO FIX A SITUATION. Example Dreams About A Difficult Situation and Personal Growth And What They Mean
Snake Dream
I was chopping a snake. It made me feel victorious but scared. There were people around who were cutting the snake but it ended up being a rubber snake.
What the Dream Means:
It's a story about overcoming something that could threaten or hurt you, but then discovering the threat was not quite as great as it first appeared (rubber, not real).
This suggests that you are learning how to stand up for yourself when challenged by others, or when you need to assert yourself to get what you need in life, and that is a good thing. Yet the ending suggest that you may be "overdoing" it. In other words, the art of learning to assert yourself and get what you need and want does not mean having to become too forceful or angry and so on. We can accomplish the same with gentleness, humor, and good will. I think the message is along those lines.
I Watch Myself Smoking
I had a dream where I go outside and smoke (like usually do when im awake) but then I feel uneasy outside in my dream so then I come inside but then im floating not in an upright position more like a laying down on my belly position overlooking the floor instead of being excited I feel so uncomfortable and scared.
What the Dream Means:
It's a story about watching yourself do what you normally do, but "seeing your behavior in a new way" (from the top looking down). Have you been having thoughts of taking steps to become more healthy lately? Has it crossed your mind to quit smoking? Sounds like this could be an invitation from your own "higher self" (soul or psyche) to do so.
If it were not about smoking per se (though that would be my first inclination), it could be about "looking at some behavior that is counterproductive" and seeing what you can do about it. If you have any such issues, have a look at what you might want to change with it.
