1. Techniques to gain insight from the sleeping brain.
The seminar is based on methods honed by a lifetime experience and some techniques go back to the ancient Greeks. What is new is observing the mechanics of the unconscious and clearly mapping them so that they can be understood and used. The seminar show how to translate the mechanics of the unconscious into general use based on the natural, default stance of the sleeping brain.
2. Can the sleeping brain produce insights on demand?
Sleep is a natural problem solving tool for the waking mind. The stumbling block is not whether tools to mine insights from the sleeping brain exist; historical accounts show that they do. The challenge has been to define the mechanics of the sleeping mind so that tools to extract solutions the brain naturally produces can be mobilized. Michaels maps the mechanics and translates them into clear learning applications. New horizons can appear strange but once applied, become commonplace. The guarantee below allows a corporation to try the seminar at minimum risk.
3. Does it interfere with the mind to schedule answers from the sleeping mind?
Not at all. It simply mobilizes mechanics already at work, which currently happen spontaneously, but are not understood by most. The default stance of sleeping brain is to problem solve with the waking mind, making them natural partners. Techniques presented mobilize these natural mechanics. Noting the laws of aerodynamics and applying them to create airplanes added amazing capabilities to mankind. The same can be true for natural sleep-brain mechanisms whose default stance is to be available. The choice is whether to use a night time tool already in place to partner with the waking mind.
4. Are there dangers to probing the unconscious?
There psyche has natural safeguards in place between body and mind. For example, a person may at times overwork and refrain from sleep, but eventually falls asleep anyway. The brain demands its rest and takes it. Deliberately mobilizing the sleeping mind is based on natural proceses, which are as safe and balanced as the user.
5. Can anyone learn to mobilize the unconscious?
As an inherent part of the mind's toolbox, mobilizing the unconscious can be accessed by most. The analogy is driving a car. If you can learn to drive a car, you can learn to mobilize the unconscious, and about as quickly. Some like to drive, others find it a chore, and there are those whose limitations prevent them from learning. Another analogy is musical or artistic ability. Many teachers claim anyone can draw or play music, but not everyone becomes a distinguished artist. Given variation in inclination and natural ability, some may take to mobilizing the unconscious faster and easier and enjoy it more. It is merely a tool, and as such, subject to the motivation, passion and interest of the user. Like a car, the method can take you further and faster toward insights and solutions than walking, the equivalent of using only the conscious mind.
6. What is the seminar format?
The seminars provide a hands-on training. There is theory, individual practice, and group exchange. Participants are asked to bring dreams they may have had in the few month previous to taking the seminar. To practice and demonstrate methods, they are primed to dream during seminar nights on specific topics of their choice.
7. Is there follow up?
Participants can walk away and apply methods successfully without additional coaching or mentoring, so additional follow up is not necessary. However, if desired, follow up is available in a number of ways. On-line feedback is available for individuals who might want input on a specific communication they received from the unconscious to enhance their own skills and understanding. Should an organization prefer on-going expert feedback for a limited time period, a group plan for one-on-one input can be made available.
A MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
8. How does the guarantee work?
Acting in good will, the presenter's goal is for participants to receive information helpful to their specific research. The presenter and organization sign a contract for two training costs: (1) a participant training fee and (2) an administrative fee (approximately 10% plus travel costs) with the administrative fee as non-refundable. Targeting the corporation's specific research topics, for ninety days following the seminar, attendees record insights they gain. If no helpful insights are derived by any participant during that period, the organization can request a full refund of participant fees.
The presenter reserves the right to examine attendee journals to ensure correct evaluations were made by participants. If the presenter can demonstrate that specific insights did occur that escaped their attention and obtains willing agreement to that effect, a refund will not be due. However, if an amicable agreement is not reached, the presenter will issue a full refund.
